Quality Management System Policy Management
The quality management system policy is approved by Management, published, and communicated to employees and relevant external stakeholders.
The policy is reviewed by Management at planned intervals, every 12 months, or when significant changes occur, in order to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
Quantifiable and measurable objectives are used to achieve the goals of the QMS.
Management defines the annual objectives at the beginning of each year, which are then communicated to the stakeholders. The objectives are reviewed based on results.

Our quality management system is constantly monitored by Management and company leaders, who meet periodically to analyze reference parameters and ensure that every activity is aligned with strategic objectives.
In addition, regular inspections—both internal and by external auditors—allow us to identify areas for improvement and take timely action.
Sharing quality principles is essential: we are committed to spreading these concepts not only internally but also with suppliers, partners, and collaborators, in order to build a network of excellence working together to achieve optimal results.
